Johnathon Kendrick joined The Sarver Commercial Group with over 20+ years’ experience in real estate.
As Commercial Director, Mr. Kendrick utilizes his experience giving insight and perspective when
brokering transactions on behalf of private or institutional investors. He is licensed in Georgia, North
and South Carolina with additional affiliated licenses throughout the country. Specialties include
acquisition and disposition of core, core plus and value-add multifamily properties, manufactured
housing (mobile home parks), RV parks and resort communities, student housing, self-storage, office,
retail, industrial, land, and hospitality sectors.

Mr. Kendrick was born and raised in East Tennessee. He, his wife and their two sons live in the Birkdale
neighborhood located along the Lake Norman corridor in Charlotte NC MSA.  They enjoy spending time
traveling and exploring the outdoors and welcome any opportunity for a game of golf, a day at the lake
boating and paddle boarding, or the beach surfing and playing sand volleyball.
